为了解决现有移动式液态二氧化碳灭火装置在总体技术性能指标,对恶劣环境的适应性,便于人员操作以及防冰堵、液体保温存储和安全保障等技术措施方面的优势不足,研制了一种新型的井下应急救援用灭火装备。存储罐封结真空度1.6 Pa,优于国家标准规定值(3.0 Pa)。经保温存储性能测试,罐体总的实际日蒸发率约为0.09%,是标准规定值的30%,可有效减少外界热量的渗入,延长了保温存储时间。
