据《Scientia Horticulturae》的一篇研究报道(http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.scienta.2014.05.035),来自西班牙米格尔·埃尔南德斯大学的研究人员研究了西班牙东南部7个石榴品种的果实特性。这7个品种分别是CRO2、ME14、ME16、PTO3、PTO4、PTO7和PTO8,全是来自西班牙两个省的本土品种,这两个省的石榴品种变异性较大。研究人员评价了果实和假种皮的形态学、化学和感官特性。结果表明,ME14和ME16感官特性较好。
According to a study by Scientia Horticulturae (http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.scienta.2014.05.035), researchers from Spain’s Miguel Hernandez University studied Spain The Fruit Characteristics of Seven Pomegranate Varieties in the Southeast. The seven cultivars are CRO2, ME14, ME16, PTO3, PTO4, PTO7 and PTO8, all of which are native varieties from two Spanish provinces, and the pomegranate varieties in these two provinces have greater variability. The researchers evaluated the morphological, chemical, and organoleptic properties of fruit and aril. The results showed that the sensory characteristics of ME14 and ME16 were better.
