对于幸福的教师来说,教育不是牺牲,而是享受;教育不是重复,而是创造;教育不是谋生的手段,而是生活的本身。教师的一生不一定要干成什么惊天动地的伟业,但它应当如百合,展开是一花,凝聚成一枚果;但它应当如星辰,远望像一盏灯,近看是一团火。当意识到生命的蜡烛在“照亮”学生的同时,也应“照亮”自己。教师在这平凡的工作中,体验着幸福与欢乐,在奉献中感受到生命的意义和价值,教师的价值在学生进步和取得成绩时才得以体现,教师把自己的个人理想融入学生的进步当中,这一职业就成为实现自我理想的有意义活动,成为个人幸福生活和持续发展的不竭源泉。
