一、国内烧碱生产情况烧碱的生产方法有隔膜法、水银法和离子膜法,隔膜法是目前烧碱生产使用较为普遍的方法。水银法由于三废排放量大,因而目前很少采用。我国目前仅有10.9万吨/年水银电解槽能力,仅占总能力的2%。离子膜法是近二十年来发展较快的新工艺,世界先进国家大多数采用些工艺。日本离子膜法占烧碱总生产能力的88%,而我国仅占12%。我国现有烧碱生产厂约220余家,总生产能力超过600万吨/年,年产10万吨以上的有:北京化工二厂、渤海集团天津化工厂、渤海集团大沽化工厂、沈阳化工集团有限公司、锦化化工集团公司、上海天原集团公司、巨化公司、齐鲁石化总厂,
