采用Grifing方法I,利用6×6完全双列杂交对冬小麦抗旱性的遗传进行了研究。结果表明,抗旱性的GCA效应、SCA效应和R效应均达极显著水平,其均方比为1.630∶1.021∶1;抗旱性遗传以加性基因效应占优势,但非加性基因效应和反交效应也不可忽视;加性效应对后代抗旱性的提高因亲本而异,在该性状的遗传改良中存在着母体效应;抗旱性的广义遗传力为76.10%,狭义遗传力为17.51%;各亲本抗旱性对后代传递的整齐度以亲本5较好。
The Grifing method I was used to study the inheritance of drought resistance of winter wheat with 6 × 6 complete diallel cross. The results showed that the GCA effect, SCA effect and R effect of drought resistance reached the extremely significant level with the mean square ratio of 1.630:1.021:1. The inheritance of drought resistance gene was dominated by additive gene effect, but non-additive Gene effect and anti-cross effect can not be ignored; additive effect on the offspring of drought-resistant increase due to the parents vary, there is a maternal effect in genetic improvement of the traits; drought resistance of the broad sense of heritability was 76.10%, narrow genetic The power was 17.51%. The drought resistance of the parents was better for the offspring.
