本文报道以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)诱导食管癌上皮细胞ECa109分化,然后以透射电镜进行超微结构观察,并与正常上皮细胞相比较。结果表明:ECa109细胞在未经DMSO诱导时,与正常上皮细胞间有显著差异,前者有较多微绒毛、较少桥粒与张力原纤维,胞质中均为聚合蛋白体,核大而不则规,而后者之超微结构适相反。据此提出正常食管上皮细胞分化指标:1)微绒毛少,2)张力原纤维丰富,3)桥粒较多,4)单核蛋白体,5)核/质比例小。经
This article reports the differentiation of ECa109 cells induced by dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in epithelial cells of esophageal carcinoma, and then observe the ultrastructure by transmission electron microscopy and compare with normal epithelial cells. The results showed that there was a significant difference between ECa109 cells and normal epithelial cells without DMSO induction. The former had more microvilli, less desmosomes and tension fibrils, and both of the cytoplasm were aggregated protein bodies. The rules, while the latter is the opposite of the ultrastructure. Accordingly, normal esophageal epithelial cell differentiation index is proposed: 1) few microvilli, 2) rich fibril in tension, 3) desmosomes more, 4) monocytic body, and 5) small nuclear / cytoplasm ratio. through
