概述了利用相变诱导塑性(TRIP)效果的下一代高强度薄钢板增加延伸率的机理、生产原理和实际生产线、生产的例子、成形性、焊接性和疲劳寿命。在实际生产线上试验了拉抗强度590~980N/mm2级的冷轧和热轧钢板,确认了超过过去开发钢的强度和延伸率的组合。确认了在平面应变附近显著优良的拉伸性,通过TZR试验也说明了良好的深拉延性。深拉延性的改善是由于通过TRIP增加屈服点,因为冲孔肩部的变形是平面应变状态。开发钢的点焊强度不次于过去的高强度钢板,疲劳寿命超过同等强度的最优良的双相钢。
The mechanism, production principle, actual production line, production examples, formability, weldability and fatigue life of the next generation high strength steel sheet using the effect of phase transition inducing plasticity (TRIP) are summarized. Cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel sheets having a tensile strength of 590 to 980 N / mm 2 were tested on a real production line, and a combination exceeding the strength and elongation of the steel developed in the past was confirmed. Significant and excellent stretchability near the plane strain was confirmed, and good deep drawability was also demonstrated by the TZR test. The improvement in deep ductility is due to the increase in yield point by TRIP since the deformation of the shoulder of the punch is a plane strain state. Development of spot welding strength not inferior to the past high-strength steel, the fatigue life of more than the same strength of the best dual-phase steel.
