自1977年～1987年我院收治阑尾肿瘤6例,除1例术后早期死于并发症外,其余均存活,情况良好。现报道如下。 例1,女,23岁。患者自1976年12月起常有右下腹疼痛。1977年10月26日突感疼痛加重并出现腹膜炎体征,诊断为“急性阑尾炎”行阑尾切除术。术中见腹腔内有脓性渗液约80ml,大网膜下降,阑尾充血、水肿。切除阑尾,病理诊断为“阑尾乳头状 From 1977 to 1987, 6 cases of appendix tumors were treated in our hospital.
