研究了鱼油对脓毒症大鼠细胞膜脂流动性的影响。结果,正常大鼠肝、心、脾、肺、肾、脑、胸大肌及红细胞膜脂的流动性明显不同。脓毒症组大鼠肝、肺和红细胞膜脂的流动性明显降低(p<0.05),肝细胞膜脂相变温度升高。当预先给脓毒症大鼠服用4周鱼油时,肝、肺、肾、脑及红细胞膜的流动性明显增加(p<0.01和p<0.05),肝细胞膜脂相变温度降低。提示鱼油有降低炎症大鼠膜脂相变温度,改善膜脂流动状态的作用,推测鱼油的抗炎作用可能与它影响膜磷脂成份有关。
The effects of fish oil on cell membrane lipid fluidity in sepsis rats were studied. As a result, the fluidity of membrane lipids in liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, pectoralis major, and erythrocytes of normal rats was significantly different. The fluidity of membrane lipids in the liver, lung and erythrocytes of the sepsis group was significantly reduced (p<0.05), and the temperature of the plasma membrane lipids in hepatocytes was increased. When fish oil was given to sepsis rats for 4 weeks, the fluidity of liver, lung, kidney, brain and erythrocyte membranes increased significantly (p<0.01 and p<0.05), and the temperature of plasma membrane lipids in hepatocytes decreased. . It is suggested that fish oil has the function of reducing the temperature of membrane lipid transition in inflammatory rats and improving the flow state of membrane lipids. It is speculated that the anti-inflammatory effects of fish oil may be related to its influence on the composition of membrane phospholipids.
