农村社会养老保险工作是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,是改革我国农村传统养老方式的有益尝试。这项工作开展以来,健全了农村社会保障体系,促进了农村社会发展,同时也对计划生育基本国策在农村的顺利实施发挥了积极作用.但农村社会养老保险工作中还存在着一些亟需解决的问题,有些地方的农村社会养老保险基金的收缴、管理和使用比较混乱,潜伏着很大的风险。其中,主要问题有以下三个方面。

However, there are still some urgent solutions to the rural social endowment insurance work In some areas, the collection, management and use of the rural social pension insurance fund are rather chaotic and involve a lot of risks. Among them, the main problems are the following three aspects.
