在过去的30年,中国经济学家们以祖国的前途和命运为己任,为改革开放献计献策,贡献智慧。经董辅礽基金会联合相关机构严格评定,将“首届中国经济理论创新奖”于2008年11月29日授予了以杜润生为代表的中国农村发展研究组。同时,大会组织者在北京大学光华管理学院以“中国改革开放30年”和“全球经济危机和中国宏观经济形势分析”为题,邀请了9位著名经济学家联袂进行演讲。这是一次思想智慧的盛宴。经会议主办方授权,将9位学者的发言稿刊发于此,以飨读者,以示我刊对首届中国经济学家论坛的高度关注,对中国经济理论创新奖颁发的祝贺。
In the past 30 years, Chinese economists have assumed the responsibility of their motherland’s future and destiny, contributing their ideas and wisdom to the reform and opening up. On the 29th of November, 2008, the “First China Economic Theory Innovation Award” was granted to China Rural Development Research Group represented by Du Runsheng, as rigorously assessed by the relevant agencies of the Dong Furen Foundation. At the same time, the organizers of the conference invited nine well-known economists to give speeches at the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University under the theme of “30 Years of Reform and Opening up in China” and “Analysis of the Global Economic Crisis and China’s Macroeconomic Situation”. This is a feast of intellectual wisdom. Authorized by the organizer of the conference, nine scholars’ speeches were published here to readers, to show my magazine’s high attention to the first China economists forum and to congratulate China Economic Theory Innovation Award.
