本文立足于国际前沿认知交叉学科的科研和实践成果,通过在北京市16所小学1000多名三年级学生中开展对比实验,验证了有意识设计的小学体育活动能够促进小学生认知功能的提高。本文的结论将丰富国内外小学体育活动的教育目标、内容和评价手段,为运动促进认知的理论和实践国际前沿提供案例和数据支撑。
Based on the research and practice of interdisciplinary research in the forefront of the world, a comparative experiment was conducted among more than 1,000 third grade students in 16 primary schools in Beijing. The results show that consciously designed primary school physical activities can promote the improvement of primary school students’ cognitive function. The conclusion of this article will enrich the educational goals, contents and evaluation methods of sports activities at home and abroad, and provide case and data support for the international frontiers of theory and practice of sports promotion and cognition.
