尽管人们越来越认识到冠(状动)脉狭窄形态同冠心病的各种临床综合征相关,然而冠脉狭窄形态对心(肌)梗(塞)危险性的前瞻性分析至今未见报道。鉴于前壁心梗同下壁、侧壁心梗相比,与单一左前降支狭窄进而闭塞的关系更为密切。故选择前壁心梗作为左前降支及其分支狭窄形态的观察终点。
Although there is a growing recognition that the coronary stenosis morphology is associated with various clinical syndromes of coronary heart disease, no prospective analysis of coronary artery stenosis has been reported so far . In view of anterior myocardial infarction with inferior wall, lateral myocardial infarction compared with a single left anterior descending artery stenosis and occlusion more closely. Therefore, anterior myocardial infarction was selected as the left anterior descending branch and its branches narrow observation of the end point.
