本文系统地研究了ZM-5合金的应力应变特性。指出该合金在室温表现为循环硬化,并且有强烈的包申格效应相低的低循环寿命以及明显的应力松弛特性,它的疲劳塑性应变幅与疲劳失效寿命符合Manson-Coffin公式。
This paper systematically studied the stress-strain behavior of ZM-5 alloy. It is pointed out that this alloy exhibits cyclic hardening at room temperature and has a strong low cycle life with low Bauschinger effect and obvious stress relaxation characteristics. Its fatigue plastic strain amplitude and fatigue failure life satisfy the Manson-Coffin formula.
