目的:在大鼠5/6肾切除模型上探讨心脏成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)表达情况及NADPH氧化酶对FGF-2表达的影响。方法:构建5/6肾切除动物模型并给予NADPH氧化酶抑制剂apocynin干预8周,观察大鼠心肌组织FGF-2的表达情况。结果:apocynin改善5/6肾切除术导致的大鼠血压升高、体重下降及血肌酐的蓄积,并抑制5/6肾切除术导致心脏FGF-2表达。结论:NADPH氧化酶是调控慢性肾脏病(CKD)时心脏FGF-2的合成因素之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of cardiac fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) and the effect of NADPH oxidase on the expression of FGF-2 in a rat model of 5/6 nephrectomy. Methods: The animal model of 5/6 nephrectomy was established and the NADPH oxidase inhibitor apocynin was given for 8 weeks to observe the expression of FGF-2 in rat myocardium. Results: Apocynin improved 5/6 nephrectomy-induced hypertension, decreased body weight and serum creatinine accumulation, and inhibited 5/6 nephrectomy leading to cardiac FGF-2 expression. Conclusion: NADPH oxidase is one of the synthetic factors of cardiac FGF-2 in regulating chronic kidney disease (CKD).
