利用细胞遗传学方法研究了普通小麦和六倍体小黑麦正、反交F1减数分裂中期 染色体配对行为。结果表明,六倍体小黑麦×普通小麦与普通小麦×六倍体小黑麦2种杂交方式杂种,F1减数分裂染色体配对行为与理论值有一定的差异,前者单价体数目多于理论值,后者则少于理论值,但二价体数目两者都少于理论值。同时后者多价体和环状二价体的数目要高于前者。另外,2种杂交方式均出现了一定数量染色体配对异常情况。
Cytogenetics was used to study the chromosome pairing behavior of mid and meiotic metaphases of normal wheat and hexaploid Triticale. The results showed that the chromosome pairing behavior of F1 meiosis had some differences with the theoretical value in the hybrids of hexaploid Triticum × common wheat and common wheat × hexaploid tritium, the former had more monovalent than the theoretical Value, while the latter is less than the theoretical value, but both the number of bivalents are less than the theoretical value. At the same time the number of multivalent and cyclic divalent is higher than the former. In addition, a certain number of chromosome pairing anomalies appeared in both hybridization methods.
