财务管理在医院的管理工作中扮演着重要角色。医疗体制改革的发展,对医院财务管理也提出了更高的要求。加强医院的财务管理,是医院提供更高医疗和服务水平的必然要求,对于医院的持续发展具有重要意义。本文首先分析了当前医院在财务管理中存在的问题,结合医院发展实际,指出了加强财务管理的对策。
Financial management plays an important role in the management of the hospital. The development of medical system reform has also set higher requirements on the hospital’s financial management. To strengthen the financial management of a hospital is a necessary requirement for the hospital to provide a higher level of medical treatment and service, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the hospital. This paper first analyzes the current problems in the hospital financial management, combined with the actual development of the hospital, pointed out the countermeasures to strengthen financial management.
