用13个条锈菌生理小种接种,冬小麦丰抗13抗40E8、104E9、108E9、108E141、171E138和109E9等生理小种。应用单体遗传分析确定丰抗13可能具有3个抗条锈病基因。在对生理小种108E141的抗性上,丰抗13同中国春有一对基因的差异,抗病性为显性,该基因位于染色体2A 上。抗该生理小种的基因也抗40E8、104E9和108E9。已知位于2A 上的抗条锈病基因 y_r1抗生理小种40E8、104E9、108E9和108E141,所以丰抗13的2A 携带有 y_r1。在对生理小种171E138的抗性上,丰抗13同中国春也有一对基因的差异,抗病性为显性,该基因位于染色体2B 上。已知2B 上的抗条锈病基因有2个:y_r5和y_r7,y_r5抗所有已知的生理小种,y_r7不抗生理小种171E138。所以丰抗13 2B 上携带的抗条锈病基因既不是 y_r5也不是 y_r7,而是一个迄今为止尚未鉴定命名的新基因或复等位基因。还未确定抗生理小种109E9的基因。

Therefore, the anti-stripe rust gene carried by Feng-13B is neither y_r5 nor y_r7, but a novel gene or allele so far not yet identified. The gene for the resistant race 109E9 has not yet been determined.
