心脏收缩间期(SystoIic Time Interval, 简称STI)是测量左、右心室作工的一种无创伤性检查。其优点是操作简便、准确,可多次重复检查,对危重病孩又可在床边进行检查。STI可定量估价各种心脏病对左、右心室的影响,便于研究疾病的自然病史和治疗措施的长期效果。测定方法早期采用同时记录心电图、心音图及颈动脉脉波测量STI,选择能清楚显示左心室除极开始的心电图导联、颈动脉脉波,以及能清楚显示主动脉瓣关闭
