游戏是幼儿园的基本活动,教师只有走进孩子的游戏世界去深入观察、了解幼儿,才可能真正理解、支持他们。在走进小班结构游戏的行动研究中,我们基于小班幼儿处于结构水平萌芽阶段的特点,以满足幼儿游戏性体验为先导,选择有趣恰当的游戏内容,采取丰富幼儿认知经验、投放适宜材料、加强技能支持等策略,关注不同能力幼儿的差异和资源运用,并加以引导,让每一位幼儿在建构中获得不同程度的发展。
