从知识生态视角,图书馆学科服务团队知识共享过程包括知识、知识共享主体、知识共享环境、知识共享技术4个组成要素。借鉴计划行为理论模型提出新媒体环境下高校图书馆学科服务团队知识共享影响因素概念模型。通过调查问卷搜集数据,运用结构方程模型方法对研究假设实证检验。新媒体环境下图书馆学科服务团队共享知识的可及性、时效性、丰富性及其质量因素显著正向影响知识共享意向;图书馆学科服务团队知识共享主体的利他主义、自我效能以及互惠因素显著正向影响知识共享意向;图书馆学科服务团队知识共享的信任环境、文化氛围、激励制度因素显著正向影响知识共享意向。图书馆学科服务团队知识共享过程中运用知识共享技术的易用性、可靠性以及新媒体平台流畅性等因素直接显著正向影响知识共享行为。
From the perspective of knowledge ecology, knowledge sharing process of library discipline service team includes four components: knowledge, knowledge sharing subject, knowledge sharing environment and knowledge sharing technology. With reference to the theoretical model of planning behavior, this paper proposes a conceptual model of the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among academic service teams in university libraries under the new media environment. Through the questionnaire to collect data, the structural equation modeling method is used to test the hypothesis. Librarianship service team share knowledge’s accessibility, timeliness, richness and their quality factors have a positive impact on the intention of knowledge sharing under the new media environment; Altruism, self-efficacy and reciprocity of knowledge sharing subject of library discipline service team Significantly affecting the intention of knowledge sharing positively; the trust environment, culture atmosphere and incentive system of knowledge sharing of library discipline service team positively and positively affect knowledge sharing intention. The factors such as ease of use, reliability and fluency of new media platform in knowledge sharing of library discipline service team directly and significantly affect knowledge sharing behavior.
