以2％巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀法观察国产和进口胖大海药效结果表明,二种胖大海均有明显的抗炎作用,在药效强度上无明显差异(P>0.05)。对国产胖大海进一步分离提取发现,多糖为其抗炎活性部分。小肠蠕动试验表明,国产胖大海促进蠕动的强度(推进率0.93±0.03)高于进口胖大海(推进率0.66±0.06)(P<0.05)。提示国内引种的胖大海在上述药效上基本同于进口胖大海。
Observing the effect of domestic and imported fat sea by 2% croton oil-induced ear swelling in mice showed that both fat seas had significant anti-inflammatory effects and no significant difference in efficacy (P>0.05). The further separation and extraction of domestic fat sea found that polysaccharides are part of their anti-inflammatory activity. The small intestine peristalsis test showed that the strength of the domestically produced Sterile Ocean to promote peristalsis (propulsive rate of 0.93±0.03) was higher than that of imported sea of fat (advancing rate of 0.66±0.06) (P<0.05). It is suggested that the introduction of the fat sea in China is basically the same as the import of fat sea.
