利用中国国家和省市能源统计年鉴中的能源平衡表统计城镇能源消费和碳排放,结果显示,首先,工业领域的能源消费量和碳排放量是主体;其次,城镇交通业的能源消费和碳排放增长速度最快,潜力巨大,城镇建筑能耗和碳排放增长稳定;再次,城镇工业、建筑和交通的能源消费和碳排放存在明显的区域差异。对中国30省市的面板计量分析表明,城镇工业、建筑业和交通业对能源消费和碳排放都有正面影响,但是影响程度不相同,工业影响最大,交通业和建筑业也有显著影响。
Using the energy balance table in the Energy Statistics Yearbook of China’s national and provincial cities to calculate energy consumption and carbon emissions in cities and towns, the results show that, firstly, energy consumption and carbon emissions in the industrial sector are the mainstay; secondly, energy consumption in urban transport and carbon With the fastest growth and huge potential for emissions growth, energy consumption and carbon emissions in urban construction are expected to grow steadily. Thirdly, there is a clear regional difference in energy consumption and carbon emissions in urban industries, buildings and transport. Panel measurement analysis of 30 provinces and municipalities in China shows that urban industry, construction industry and transportation have a positive impact on energy consumption and carbon emissions, but the impact is not the same, the industry has the greatest impact, and transportation and construction also have a significant impact.
