本文通过对安徽省卫生事业现状分析,认为应把卫生人力看成是一种资源,加以开发和利用。为达到这个目的,就必须了解社会对卫生人力的需求和发展卫生事业对卫生人力的需求。具体是: 1、充分利用现有的有效的卫生人力资源,做到人尽其才、合理安排、创造条件、合理使用。 2、需要不断补充人才、逐步提高,既发展数量,更注重提高质量。
This article analyzes the status quo of the health industry in Anhui Province and believes that the health manpower should be regarded as a resource for development and use. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to understand the social needs of the health workforce and the need for the development of health services for the health workforce. Specifically: 1. Make full use of the existing effective human resources for health, do their best, make reasonable arrangements, create conditions, and use them appropriately. 2. It is necessary to continuously replenish talents and gradually increase them, and not only to develop quantity, but also to focus on improving quality.
