1984年以来,我院一直是省卫生厅医院改革的试点。五年来,对管理体制和运行机制进行了全方位、多层次的探索。开始实行院长负责制和院科两级聘任制,到现在实行的综合任务承包制,相继迈出了院科两级责任承包,以法治院和“全程优质服务”三大步。为了满足人民群众日益增长的医疗需求,使我们这个仅有200张病床,
Since 1984, our hospital has been the pilot of hospital reform of the provincial health department. In the past five years, a comprehensive and multi-level exploration of the management system and operating mechanism has been conducted. We began to implement the system of the president’s responsibility system and the two-level appointment system for the colleges and universities, and took up the integrated task contracting system that has been implemented so far. We have successively took the responsibility for contracting at the department level and at the two levels, taking the “rule of law” institute and “full-service quality service” as the three major steps. In order to meet the growing medical needs of the people, we have only 200 beds.
