目的为进一步加强医院管理信息化建设,提高医院管理效能。方法从医院管理信息化建设现状分析了医院信息化建设中存在问题。结果发现大多数医院的信息化建设还处于HMIS阶段,现阶段医院的信息化建设已不能很好的满足社会发展的需求,认为导致上述现象发生的原因可能与资金上的困难、人才的问题以及医院信息系统产品标准不统一有关。结论要提高医院管理效能,必须加强医院信息化管理,可从全面规划,分步实施、提高工作人员的知识结构和统一产品标准,实现信息共享三个方面入手。
The purpose is to further strengthen hospital management informationization and improve hospital management efficiency. Methods Analyze the existing problems in hospital informationization construction from the current status of hospital management informationization. As a result, it was found that the informationization of most hospitals is still in the HMIS phase. At this stage, the informationization of hospitals has not been able to meet the needs of social development. It is believed that the above-mentioned phenomena may be due to financial difficulties, talent problems and The hospital information system product standards are not unified. Conclusion To improve the efficiency of hospital management, we must strengthen hospital information management, and we can start from the three aspects of comprehensive planning, step-by-step implementation, improvement of the staff’s knowledge structure and unified product standards, and the realization of information sharing.
