株州玻璃厂的全体职工,在各級党委的正确領导下,各兄弟厂的大力支援和密切协作下,用了一年的时間建成了玻璃厂。一个新厂在投入生产之前,有很多复杂的生产准备工作要做,这些工作如果作的不好,将影响新厂正常的投入生产。现钭我們这一工作进行情况介紹如下。生产工人和干部的培訓、調配工作。沈阳、大連两玻璃厂虽年在1956年就开始为我厂培訓和調配技术工人和干部,但由于全国大跃进后,各地新建厂都要求老厂輸送工人、干部,因此从老厂調来的工人、干部尚不足計划的五分之一。在此情况下,我厂立即通过劳动部门調配了一批工人,并根据工种技术的复杂与簡易,分别送老厂和在本厂內进行培訓。这样,既可減輕老厂負担又給国家节省开支;同时又选派了
