本文介绍了水轮机转动油盆式自动润滑导轴承和浸油筒式自动润滑导轴承的结构原理及试验结果。给出了给定润滑油槽下的循环油量与转速、油槽倾角以及油盆中油量的关系曲线。推导了循环油量的计算公式,并给出了计算值与试验值的比较曲线。文中也介绍了这种轴承的使用情况和真机轴承润滑油循环量实测值和计算值的比较资料,结果十分一致。
This paper introduces the structure principles and test results of turbine rotating oil basin self-lubricating guide bearing and oil immersed cylinder self-lubricating guide bearing. The curve of the relationship between circulating oil quantity and rotating speed, oil groove inclination and oil content in a given oil tank is given. The calculation formula of circulating oil amount is deduced, and the comparison curve of calculated value and test value is given. The article also describes the use of this bearing and the real machine bearing lubricant circulation measured value and comparison of the calculated data, the results are very consistent.
