内蒙古某铜硫矿石为以黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿为主要有用矿物,一直以来选矿厂仅选铜,硫因品位低未进行回收。因此,采用“低碱优先浮铜-铜尾清洁活化选硫”试验方案,选用铜高效捕收剂QP-03,硫清洁高效活化剂QH-01来提高铜回收率和实现硫的综合利用。实验表明,采用该方案可获得含铜20.60%、铜回收率93.44%的铜精矿,含硫32.20%、硫作业回收率86.04%的硫精矿,与原工艺相比,硫得到了综合回收,铜品位与铜回收率分别提高了0.5%和2.47%。
A certain copper and sulfur ore in Inner Mongolia is chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pyrite as the main useful minerals. The concentrator has only selected copper and sulfur has not been recycled because of its low grade. Therefore, using “low alkali preferred floating copper - copper tail cleaning activated sulfur” test program, use copper efficient collector QP-03, sulfur cleaning efficient activator QH-01 to improve copper recovery and achieve sulfur synthesis use. Experiments show that using this scheme, copper concentrate with 20.60% copper and 93.44% copper recovery, sulfur concentrate with 32.20% sulfur and 86.04% sulfur recovery can be obtained. Compared with the original process, sulfur has been comprehensively recovered , Copper grade and copper recovery increased by 0.5% and 2.47% respectively.
