给出了一种新的光栅信号质量的测定方法。该法用采样得到的两路信号的数据,以一种新的算法计算得到光栅信号的质量指标,并可给出质量参数与标尺光栅位置的对应关系。所得结果能反映光栅信号在测量全程上的变化,并可用于信号质量参数缺陷的补偿。
A new method for measuring grating signal quality is given. This method uses the sampled data of two signals to calculate the quality index of the grating signal by a new algorithm and gives the corresponding relationship between the quality parameters and the grating position of the scale. The results obtained can reflect the change of the grating signal in the whole process of measurement and can be used for the compensation of the signal quality parameter defects.
