盾构法作为一种安全、快速、环保的隧道开挖工法,在我国城市地铁、城市管道和水利等工程项目中得到广泛运用。随着新一轮全国各大城市地铁建设提速,该方法在珠三角地区淤泥、粉细沙层等复杂软土地层施工中的优势明显。以广州地铁九号线一标飞鹅岭—花都汽车城站盾构区间为例,介绍了采用泥水盾构施工过程中,该项目具体的工程概况、关键施工技术措施和施工效果,对存在较高风险的盾构区间始发环节进行了分析和相关技术总结整理,供类似工程参考。
As a safe, fast and environmentally friendly method of tunnel excavation, the shield method has been widely used in urban subway, urban pipeline and water conservancy projects in China. With a new round of speeding up of subway construction in major cities across the country, this method has obvious advantages in the construction of complex soft earth formations such as silt and silty sand in the Pearl River Delta. Taking the shield zone of Fei’ning-Huadu Motor City Station on the No.9 line of Guangzhou Metro as an example, this paper introduces the concrete project overview, key construction technical measures and construction effect during the construction of slurry shield tunnel. The higher risk shield interval originating link was analyzed and related technology summary for similar projects.
