七、晶体管稳压器的设计晶体管稳压器是晶体管化设备中的重要部分,并且在电子管设备中也可以使用,比之电子管稳压电路则有着不少优异之处.晶体管稳压电路主要有串联和并联两种形式,如图29所示.前者输出的电流都要流过稳压电路中的调整管,但管子上所承受的电压可以小于输出电压,所以适用于电压高而电流不太大的稳压设备中;并联式稳压电路则相反,调整管所承受的电压就是输出电压,而电流则可以小于输出电流,因此适用于低压大电流并且负载变化较小的稳压设备中.下面我们就较常用的串联式稳压电路的设计作简单介绍.
