为了了解老年时大鼠血管平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体的变化,选用AngiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)为工具药,利用离体血管环方法对老年(18月龄)大鼠与年轻(3月龄)大鼠主动脉平滑肌中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体第一亚型(AT1)的变化情况进行了观察。结果显示:老年大鼠主动脉由AngⅡ所引起的最大收缩反应较之年轻大鼠明显下降,累积浓度-收缩反应曲线显著下移,提示老年时主动脉平滑肌中AT1受体显著下调。
In order to understand the changes of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor in rat vascular smooth muscle in aged rats, AngiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) was used as a tool drug, and the isolated vascular ring method was used to compare the effects of age (18 months old) The changes of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor type 1 (AT1) in murine aortic smooth muscle were observed. The results showed that the maximal contractile response induced by angiotensin Ⅱ in the aorta of aged rats was significantly lower than that in young rats, and the cumulative concentration-contraction response curve decreased significantly, suggesting that the AT1 receptor in aorta smooth muscle was significantly down-regulated in aged rats.
