随着医院改革的不断深化,医院管理者日益认识到加强医院内部管理的重要性和迫切性,2008年我们医院管理者把“用心服务、精细化管理”作为我院工作主题,近年来的探索启示我们:医院要可持续发展,科学的管理必不可少。“用心服务、精细化管理”是我们医院管理者完善管理的一种理念。医院最重要的资源是人力资源,通过医院人力资源的精细化管理,一定能为医院赢得竞争优势。
