加强会计工作,强化会计监督是市场经济的需要,是国有企业改革建立现代企业制度的需要,是国有企业内部会计制度健全和完善的需要。本文针对集团内部会计监督中存在的问题,提出了通过法律法规的制定,加强内部控制,强化责任人的责任意识,健全集团内会计部门的委派制,培养高素质会计人才和大力推广会计核算电子信息化等七个解决问题的办法。
Strengthening accounting work and strengthening accounting supervision are the needs of a market economy. They are also the need of state-owned enterprises for the reform and establishment of a modern enterprise system. They are also the need for the sound and perfect internal accounting system of state-owned enterprises. In order to solve the existing problems in the internal accounting supervision of the group, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems existing in the internal accounting supervision of the group, such as enacting the laws and regulations, strengthening the internal control, strengthening the responsibility consciousness of the responsible persons, perfecting the appointing system of the accounting department in the group, cultivating the high quality accounting talents and vigorously promoting accounting accounting Information and other seven ways to solve the problem.
