在鲤鱼的肾脏内近端小管细胞基部原生质膜无褶皱,在细胞基部缺乏发达的膜结构。鲑鱼特别是红大麻啥鱼大量的膜垂直分布于近端小管细胞的基部,膜之间有粒线体。氯化镁溶液注射试验表明:鲑特别是红大麻哈鱼的肾单位细胞分泌镁与鲤鱼的肾不同。假定:近端小管细胞基部膜的结构发育是镁分泌系统成分之一的 Na/Mg 代谢机制形成的形态学基础。肾小管是研究超结构特性的理想材料。这种超结构保证各种物质的必要强度,循环传递方向和反梯度运输水平。在这方面有趣的是对执行不同功能的肾单位细胞结构的比较。这样涉及到区分最低限度数量指标的研究材料尤为方便。以前为我们指出过:淡水硬骨鱼的肾没有分泌的发达的镁分泌器管——涧游性鱼类在npe—gnokamHou 时期形成镁分泌器管,海水鱼有镁分泌器管(HomouuH,1973)。细胞功能的这种差别可能有相适应的结构基础。比较狭盐性的淡水鱼类和在淡水生活期间硬骨鱼类肾单位近端和远端部位细胞功能和结构特点是这篇论文的任务。 In the carp kidney proximal tubule cell plasma membrane at the base of non-folds, lack of well-developed membrane structure in the cell base. It has been previously pointed out to us that the magnesium of the freshwater bony fish does not excrete the secreted tube of magnesium - the stream-forming fish form the magnesium tube during the npe-gnokamHou period, and the tube has the magnesium tube (HomouuH, 1973) . This difference in cellular function may have a structural basis that is compatible. The task of this paper is to compare the cell function and structure of the proximal and distal parts of the nephrotic nephron in the saltwater freshwater fish and in the fresh water.
