利用漆酶与半纤维素酶协同作用来对旧报纸进行脱墨,结果表明,先用半纤维素酶(用量0.5AXU·g-1)脱墨25min,然后加入漆酶NS51003(用量3LAMU·g-1,介体用量0.5%)保温30min,有最好的脱墨效果。与化学法脱墨相比,酶法脱墨浆的裂断长和撕裂指数分别增加了5.2%和6.9%,即强度性能得到很大改善;酶法脱墨浆经H2O2漂白后纸浆白度略低于化学法脱墨浆;同时化学脱墨废水的CODCr值比酶法高39.7%;酶法脱墨废水的浊度和SS值仅为化学法的66%和58%,环境污染负荷较小。
Deinking the old newspaper with synergistic effect of laccase and hemicellulase showed that deinking with hemicellulase (dosage: 0.5 AXU · g-1) for 25 min and laccase NS51003 (dosage: 3LAMU · g -1, the amount of mediator 0.5%) incubated 30min, the best deinking effect. Compared with the chemical deinking, the enzymatic deinked pulp’s breaking length and tear index increased by 5.2% and 6.9% respectively, that is, the strength performance was greatly improved. After the enzymatic deinked pulp bleached by H2O2, the whiteness Slightly lower than that of chemical deinking pulp; meanwhile, the CODCr value of chemical deinking wastewater is 39.7% higher than that of enzymatic method; the turbidity and SS value of enzymatic deinking wastewater are only 66% and 58% of that of chemical method, small.
