随着经济的快速发展和和谐社会的构建,社会各行业对高素质人才的需求量越来越大,高职院校承担着培养高素质、实用型人才的艰巨任务,为保证高职院校的人才培养质量,高职院校经常会使用校企合作的模式进行人才培养。通过对高职院校“双主体三阶段”育人模式下的学生管理工作进行调查,分析了顶岗实习中存在的问题,并提出了相应的学生管理策略,从而有效地提高顶岗实习的学生管理质量。
