能源部“七·五”重点科技攻关课题“褐煤燃烧炉内结渣过程的试验研究”于1990年5月通过由能源部科技司主持的技术鉴定会。鉴定委员会认为由能源部西安热工研究所承担的这一课题的研究成果具有国内领先水平。 (1) 在试验台架建设方面,成功地将一维火焰炉改装成结渣特性试验炉,可模拟煤粉炉结渣的主要环节,并研制了水冷式双金属结渣试件。在这方面赶上了目前的国际水平。 (2)在“六·五”攻关已建立的“煤灰结渣特性综合判別模型”的基础上扩充了试验手
The “Seventh Five-Year” key scientific research project of the Ministry of Energy “Experimental Study on Slagging Process in Lignite Burning Furnace” passed the technical appraisal meeting hosted by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Energy in May 1990. The appraisal committee thinks that the research results of this subject undertaken by Xi’an Thermal Research Institute of the Ministry of Energy have the leading domestic level. (1) In the construction of test bench, the successful conversion of one-dimensional flame furnace into slagging characteristic test furnace can simulate the main steps of pulverized coal furnace slagging and developed a water-cooled bimetal slagging test piece. In this regard, we have caught up with the current international standards. (2) On the basis of the “Sixth Five-year” key project established, “comprehensive judgment model of slagging characteristics of coal ash”
