市政给排水工程是一项关系到城市正常运行的关键基础设施工程,甚至可以说给排水管线是城市的生命线。因此在工程的施工中,加强对给排水管线的预制与设计、管道的安装施工等技术的管理,以保证给排水工程的施工质量是非常有必要的。本文中,首先对给排水管线的管道预制技术要点进行了详细分析,继而探讨了管道的安装工艺,并就管道安装完成后的压力试验方法做出了概述,最后指出了将管道系统复位的注意事项。
Municipal water supply and drainage project is a key infrastructure project related to the normal operation of the city, it can even be said that the water supply and drainage pipeline is the city’s lifeline. Therefore, in the construction of the project, it is very necessary to strengthen the management of the prefabrication and design of the water supply and drainage pipelines, the installation and construction of the pipelines, and the like to ensure the construction quality of the water supply and drainage works. In this paper, the main points of the pipeline prefabrication technology for water supply and drainage pipelines are analyzed in detail, then the pipe installation process is discussed, and the pressure test method after pipe installation is completed is outlined. At last, attention is paid to reset the pipe system matter.
