本试验对籼、粳型杂交稻及其■分的种子进行了研究,测定了贮藏期间含水量和生活力、活力的各种生理生化指标的变化。试验确证低(11.5%)、中(13.0%)、高(15.3%)三种水分种子的生活力和活力存在显著差异,在秋季制、繁种后的次年5、6月份使用的种子,安全水分可为13.0%以下。如这些种子未用完,需越夏保存至下一年再用,则常温库保存的安全水分应在11.5%以下,低温库(15℃以下)的安全水分应在13.0%以下。
In this experiment, the indica and japonica hybrid rice and their seeds were studied, and the changes of various physiological and biochemical indexes of moisture content, viability and vitality during storage were determined. The results showed that there were significant differences in the viability and vitality of low, medium (13.0%) and high (15.3%) three kinds of water seeds. In the autumn, the seeds used in May and June of the following year after breeding, Safe moisture can be 13.0% or less. If these seeds are not used up and need to be stored in the summer and reused in the next year, the safe moisture stored in the normal temperature store should be below 11.5% and the safe moisture in the cold store (below 15 ℃) should be below 13.0%.
