对河南省中长跑运动员参加 8运会前的 3次高原训练和平原强化训练以及达标赛及 8运会比赛分别进行了运动后晨尿的检测和分析。结果发现 :1)尿异常的发生率以蛋白质 (PRO)、尿胆原 (URO)为较高 ,可作为尿检测的敏感指标来评价运动负荷的科学性和身体对训练的适应能力。 2 )尿液 PRO和 URO与运动强度之间高度相关 (r=0 .71,r =0 .85 )。 3) PRO值的高低与运动强度关系密切 ,同等训练强度时 PRO的排泄量高原显著大于平原。
Henan province long-distance runners participated in the 8 games before the three plateau training and plains strengthening training as well as the standard and the 8 games competition were carried out after exercise morning urine test and analysis. The results showed that: 1) The prevalence of urinary abnormalities was high in PRO and URO, which could be used as sensitive indicators of urinalysis to evaluate the scientificity of exercise load and the adaptability of body to training. 2) There was a high correlation between urine PRO and URO and exercise intensity (r = 0.71, r = 0.85). 3) The value of PRO is closely related to the intensity of exercise, and the level of PRO excretion at the same training intensity is significantly higher than that of plains.
