目前,在施工中常出现一些施工事故,而模板事故又是其中重要的一部分。采用ABAQUS软件对贵州道安苏家湾大桥某方墩进行了数值模拟研究,模拟混凝土初凝前模板侧压力对模板产生的内力及位移情况,并得出一些结论。模板的侧压力由规范通过理论计算出来。模拟出的结果,内力远小于模板的屈服应力,位移小于允许变形值,故设计较为保守,可对模板进行一定的优化。
At present, some construction accidents often occur in the construction, and the template accident is an important part of them. The ABAQUS software is used to simulate a square pier of the Sujiawan Bridge in Daian, Guizhou Province. The internal force and displacement caused by the lateral pressure on the formwork before the concrete initial setting are simulated. Some conclusions are drawn. The side pressure of the template is calculated theoretically by the specification. The simulation result shows that the internal force is far less than the yield stress of the formwork and the displacement is less than the allowable deformation value. Therefore, the design is relatively conservative and the template can be optimized to some extent.
