选择2015年6月~2016年6月期间收治的50例GDM患者,随机分为对照组(25例)采取产科常规营养指导干预,观察组(25例)进行孕期个体化营养指导。结果观察组血糖控制优于对照组,(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,(P<0.05);孕妇的并发症总发生率低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 GDM患者应用孕期个体化营养指导利于其更好的管理、控制血糖,达到改善妊娠结局及降低并发症的效果。
Fifty patients with GDM who were treated between June 2015 and June 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 25) and routine obstetrics and gynecology interventions. The observation group (n = 25) received individualized nutritional guidance during pregnancy. Results The control group had better glycemic control than the control group (P <0.05). The overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The overall incidence of complications in pregnant women was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion GDM patients with individualized nutritional guidance during pregnancy to facilitate its better management, control blood sugar, to improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce complications.
