目的探讨解脲脲原体在动物模型体内形成生物膜的能力和规律。方法构建雌性BALB/c小鼠下生殖道解脲脲原体标准株血清4型(UU4)感染动物模型,分别于UU4接种后8h,24h,48h,72h,6d,10d,14d,21d不同时间点取材小鼠宫颈组织,送检扫描电子显微镜(SEM)。结果 SEM下感染组UU4接种后8h,24h小鼠宫颈组织黏膜上可见大量菌体黏附性生长;接种后48h,72h可见包绕细菌的胞外基质分泌且互相黏连形成巢状、蜂窝状微菌落结构;接种后6d,10d可见大量丝状、网状的胞外基质形成,厚层、致密的生物膜结构形成;接种后14d,21d可见不同程度的生物膜裂解与脱落。结论解脲脲原体标准株血清4型(UU4)能够直接在BALB/c小鼠宫颈组织黏膜上形成生物膜。
Objective To investigate the ability and regularity of Ureaplasma urealyticum biofilm formation in animal models. Methods The animal model of genital Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU4) infection in female BALB / c mice was established at 8h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 6d, 10d, 14d and 21d after UU4 inoculation Point of mouse cervical tissue, submitted to scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results A large amount of mycobacterial adherent growth was observed on the mucosa of cervical mucosa 8 h and 24 h after inoculation in the infected group UU4. After 48 h and 72 h after inoculation, the extracellular matrix surrounding the bacteria secreted and adhered to each other to form nests and honeycombs Colony structure. After 6 and 10 days after inoculation, a large number of filamentous and reticular extracellular matrix were formed, and thick and dense biofilm structure was formed. At 14 and 21 days after inoculation, different degrees of biofilm lysis and shedding were observed. Conclusion UU UU4 can directly form biofilm on the cervical mucosa of BALB / c mice.
