目的探讨国产OMOM胶囊内镜在消化道疾病,尤其是小肠疾病中的诊断价值。方法 2009年3月~2010年8月应用国产OMOM胶囊内镜检查55例,其中患者45例,分为不明原因消化道出血24例,反复腹痛患者15例,反复腹泻患者5例,不明原因腹水患者1例,10例为健康体检者。结果 45例中检出小肠疾病38例(84.4%),其中包括小肠血管畸形13例,小肠炎症6例,Crohn病6例,小肠溃疡4例,末端回肠息肉4例,十二指肠球部溃疡2例,回肠末段淋巴滤泡增生2例,小肠憩室1例,余7例未见明显异常。10例体检组中,诊断为胃炎8例,1例十二指肠球炎及1例末端回肠息肉。54例胶囊均自然排出体外,无并发症,所获取的图像清晰稳定。1例胶囊滞留病人为Crohn病伴狭窄病人,后经手术取出。结论国产OMOM胶囊内镜安全,无痛苦,可用于消化道疾病,尤其是小肠疾病及不明原因消化道出血的诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of domestic OMOM capsule endoscopy in gastrointestinal diseases, especially small intestinal diseases. Methods From March 2009 to August 2010, 55 cases of domestic OMOM capsule endoscopy were examined, of which 45 cases were divided into 24 cases of gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown causes, 15 cases of recurrent abdominal pain, 5 cases of recurrent diarrhea, 5 cases of unexplained ascites 1 patient, 10 patients for health examination. Results Among the 45 cases, 38 cases (84.4%) of small intestinal diseases were detected, including 13 cases of intestinal vascular malformations, 6 cases of small intestinal inflammation, 6 cases of Crohn’s disease, 4 cases of small intestinal ulcer, 4 cases of terminal ileum polyps, 4 cases of duodenal bulb 2 cases of ulcer, 2 cases of terminal ileal follicular hyperplasia, 1 case of intestinal diverticulum, and 7 cases showed no obvious abnormalities. In the 10 cases of the physical examination group, 8 cases were diagnosed as gastritis, 1 case of duodenal inflammation and 1 case of terminal ileum polyp. 54 cases of capsules were excreted naturally, no complications, the acquired images clear and stable. One patient with bladder retention was Crohn’s disease with stenosis and was surgically removed. Conclusion Domestic OMOM capsule endoscopy safe, painless, can be used for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases, especially intestinal diseases and gastrointestinal bleeding of unknown origin.
