蹲地训练是芭蕾舞最常见的基础练习之一,尽管相当枯燥,学习时老师仍必须加强引导,监督沉重完成训练计划,达到训练目标。预备动作(如图1、图2):手和脚都是一位准备。完成此动作的音乐节奏为5678。第一步(如图3、图4):一位蹲,两腿保持外开,维持身体的挺拔姿态。完成此动作的音乐节奏为1。第二步(如图5、图6):伸直膝盖的同时,手到二位。要求在膝盖伸直的同时,肩部下沉,形成力的对抗。完成此动作的音乐节奏为2。第三步(图7、图8):第二次下蹲,右手到三位,眼神跟随手指尖的方向移动。完成此动作的音乐节奏为3。
