随着计算机技术的不断提高,多媒体技术、网络技术的飞速发展,微型计算机的应用对社会各方面产生了巨大而深远的影响,其在档案部门的应用已初具规模。但也应看到,档案部门应用计算机的水平还不高,档案工作计算机管理的程度与社会的要求还有较大的差距,要全面实现档案管理现代化的目标,尚需不懈地努力。现对档案部门如何走出应用计算机的困境提些粗浅看法: (一)制定现代化目标,发挥计算机管理档案的优势。
