部标准《结构钢精密铸件内部疏松X光透视分级标准》已经部批准,编号为HB5131—79,于1981年1月1日开始实施。现将有关问题简介如下:一、缺陷类型本标准主要针对铸件内部疏松规定了多种类型的标准片。如第一组有六种类型的疏松标准片可供选择,其中条形件中心线疏松标准片则是专为具有条形结构的铸件研制的,第二组有三种类型的疏松标准片;至于第三组因试样尺寸的限制只订出了一种海绵状疏松标准片,未能研制在厚大铸件上出现的枝晶状和纤维状疏松。本标准规定的几种疏松类型都是生产中常见的,因此它基本上能满足各厂评定精铸件质量的需要。
