[目的]了解乡镇防保人员满意度现状及其主要影响因素研究。[方法]通过现场问卷调查,收集了299名乡镇专职防保人员对人际关系、未来认同感、薪酬、压力感等10个维度的满意情况。[结果]防保人员总体满意度均数为63.50分,处于基本满意水平;最不满意的方面是压力感(2.44分)和薪酬(2.72分),两者平均得分处于较不满意水平。[结论]乡镇防保人员总体满意水平一般,压力感和薪酬为其主要限制因素。
[Objective] To study the status quo of satisfaction of township defense personnel and the main influencing factors. [Methods] Through the on-site questionnaire survey, 299 township and township full-time defense personnel were satisfied with the 10 dimensions of interpersonal relationship, future identity, salary, and pressure. [Results] The average degree of overall satisfaction of health protection personnel was 63.50 points, which was in the basic level of satisfaction. The most unsatisfactory aspects were the sense of pressure (2.44 points) and salary (2.72 points), and the average score of the two was at a relatively unsatisfactory level. [Conclusion] The general level of satisfaction of the township defense personnel is general, and the pressure and salary are the main limiting factors.
